TERMS: A $1000 deposit at the time of the order is required securing prices and position in the building schedule. Balance due at completion. All prices in U.S. dollars.
SHIPPING: Upon receipt of the balance, your guitar will be shipped FedEx Overnight. Overnight service is the best way to avoid shipping damages. Guitar prices do not include the costs of shipping or insurance. Please inquire about overseas shipping options.
WARRANTY: The full cost (minus shipping charges) is refundable* within a 2 day approval period if you are dissatisfied with your instrument for any reason. We provide a limited lifetime warranty to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the guitar is owned, and I am actively building. The warranty DOES NOT cover normal fret/fingerboard wear, damage due to normal wear and tear, or any damage (wood cracks, finish checking, or otherwise) as a result of improper climate control or other improper care. Warranty cards are shipped with each guitar. All instruments sold on e-bay are not covered by a warranty. For additional information, please inquire.
