Introducing the Prelude Series.
With the prelude series, you get:
- Your choice of Don's 4 popular body styles (SJ, SC, D, J)
- Sitka Spruce Top
- Your choice of Mahogany or East Indian Rosewood for the backs and sides
Prelude Series guitars are $2,200 for the standard and $2,500 to add a cutaway.
Beyond not being able to choose custom woods, what else is different
- Plastic binding versus wood binding
- Simple rosette
- Standard neck with no custom veneer on the back
